Adamou Named OCAA Second Team All-Star

(London, Ontario) – The OCAA announced today the winners of the Men's Baseball league awards. Fanshawe's Faris Adamou (Mississauga, ON) was named an OCAA Second Team All-Star for his impressive play throughout the 2022 season.
The fourth-year outfielder led the league in stolen bases on the season with 12. Additionally, Adamou was fifth in the OCAA with a batting average of .429. He also led the Falcons squad with 19 RBIs, 21 hits and 13 runs. The Fanshawe Baseball team (11-7, 3rd) will travel to Windsor for the OCAA Championship hosted by St. Clair. They will face George Brown (9-9, 6th) on Thursday, October 20 at 4 p.m.
