Marcaccio Named OCAA Cross Country Athlete of the Week

Marcaccio returned to the top of the OCAA podium at the OCAA Cross Country Championships on Oct. 30. The fifth-year runner won the men's race in a time of 26:18 becoming a two-time OCAA champion, having also won back in 2016. Marcaccio doubled up on gold as part of a Fanshawe group that won the men's team championship. Marcaccio is now a four-time individual medalist with two golds and two silvers. In addition, he was named to the OCAA All-Ontario First-Team. Marcaccio returns to nationals later this month, an event he also won in 2016.
